Nantaizihu Innovation Valley is one of the first "Innovation Valleys" established by Wuhan, located in the Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone, making it a hotbed for innovation and entrepreneurship in the development zone. This area has not only nurtured outstanding tech-innovative enterprises like Yikatong Technology and Xinqing Technology but has also successfully created a rainforest-style innovation ecosystem. It focuses on the "dual-intelligence" industry, actively introducing hard-core technology projects such as next-generation vehicles and intelligent manufacturing. Up to now, Nantaizihu Innovation Valley has welcomed more than 900 science and innovation enterprises and platform institutions, fostered 306 high-tech enterprises, owns over 9,000 intellectual property rights, and achieved an overall revenue of more than 10 billion yuan last year, being selected as one of Wuhan's first batch of "Innovation Districts."
Zhigu Cultural Industrial Park, invested in, constructed, and operated by Wuhan Wenlv Group Zhigu Technology Company, is located in the core area of the business city headquarters base of the Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone. It is also the fourth national-level digital publishing base in China, the first in Central China, and the only one in Hubei Province.
5.5 Home Creative Park is an industrial park themed around Internet home design, built with the support of the "Innovation Valley Office" in Hanyang District. It focuses on industries such as smart home, decoration design, home creativity, and supporting finance. The park aims to create a one-stop procurement platform for building materials centered on "Internet+", a one-stop crowdsourcing platform for home design, and a one-stop cloud platform for smart homes.
The "D+M Industrial Design Town" centers on design innovation, integrating industrial chain resources, research and application development, a foundational support system (including inspection and testing, rapid prototyping, etc.), and an innovation incubation platform. It aims to promote industrial transformation and upgrading, the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and the development of innovation and entrepreneurship within the industrial service ecosystem.
As the cradle of innovation for the digital creative industry, Circle Digital Creative Industrial Park is located at No.11 Jiangxing Road, Jianghan Economic Development Zone, Wuhan City, covering a total construction area of 50,000 square meters. The industrial park focuses on the emerging industries of the digital economy, such as "network," "cloud," "intelligence," and "chain." It vigorously implements platform-based investment attraction and capital-based investment attraction, introducing a batch of high-tech quality enterprises to settle in the park.
Hóng T Fashion Creative District was transformed and upgraded from the old factory buildings of Aidi Group, covering a total construction area of about 72,000 square meters. With "creative design and digital content" as its industrial positioning, it has explored a new model for the integrated development of traditional industries, cultural creativity, and high-tech enterprises.
The "Hanyang 14th Five-Year Plan" proposes to construct a high-quality development spatial layout and support system guided by key functional areas and major projects, characterized by the "four districts supporting, two belts guarding" structure. The Xinxing New City Headquarters District is one of the "four districts," focusing on the development of engineering design and construction functional sectors. It is a major component of the Sixin Engineering Design and Construction Industrial Park.
The Pinghe Packing Factory was a cotton packing factory for the British Pinghe Foreign Trade Company, established in 1905. It undertook the packing and import/export business of cotton, cattle and sheep hides, tung oil, raw lacquer, etc. In December 1953, it was taken over by the Wuhan Municipal State-owned Commercial Warehouse Company and reorganized as the third packing factory of the city warehouse company. In 1960, it was converted for use as the Qingdao Road Warehouse.
Dazhi Wujie actively connects with relevant departments at the national, provincial, municipal, and district levels to secure funding and preferential policies. The first phase covers an area of about 291 acres with a construction area of 380,000 square meters.
China Construction Technology Industrial Park is located in the core area of China Optics Valley, with a total construction area of about 1.08 million square meters and a total investment of about 7 billion yuan. It is the first demonstration park for industry-city integration invested, constructed, and operated by China Construction Third Engineering Bureau.
